Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has leaked out ahead of its official release date. The leaked version of course showed up on YouTube and revealed a lot of unannounced details that the developer hoped would stay hidden till the game was release.
If that was not bad enough, a streaming live session was being broadcast on Twitch as well. The YouTube video were pretty quickly taken down, but stream lived on for a bit longer, but it was shut down as well.
The bottom line from Sledgehammer Games co-founder Glen Schofield was a lot of unhappiness that he vented via his Twitter feed. The fact that they kept things quiet so long and to have it leaked this way was a bummer and something Schofield was unhappy about. He added that the leak was a big deal to the developers who worked so hard on the game.
