The rumors about a first-person mode for the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto 5 have been confirmed. The Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC versions of the game will offer such a mode when they are released.
The first-person mode will include assisted aim, free aim, and semi-assisted aim. In addition players will have the choice of using the first-person view and third-person cover, or variations on the third/first person driving and targeting. Loads of potential to tweak things to just the way you want it.
The game will apparently be running at 1080p on both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The PC version which will not be released till January, will offer 4K support. The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions are still on track for a November 18th release.
