Surprisingly, the new gaming handheld console is not part of its gaming-oriented Predator line, so we might see yet another one, more powerful gaming handheld from Acer in the near future. The Nitro Blaze 7 features a 7-inch 1080p resolution IPS panel screen with 500nits of brightness, 144Hz refresh rate and support for AMD FreeSync Premium.
The heart of the Nitro Blaze 7 is AMD's Ryzen 7 8840HS, pairing up Zen 4 CPU architecture with RDNA 3 GPU architecture. It packs 8 Zen 4 CPU cores and Radeon 780M graphics, paired up with 16GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory and up to 2TB of NVMe SSD for storage in standard M.2 2280 slot. It also comes with a 50.04Wh battery, has all the usual connectivity, and weighs 670g.
Unfortunately, Acer did not reveal any information regarding the price or the availability date.
