In addition to all the optimizations for Sniper Elite 4, For Honor and Halo Wars 2, the new Geforce 378.66 Game Ready driver also adds Nvidia Ansel support for Paragon. It also adds the new Video SDK 8.0 feature with high-bit-depth (10/12-bit) decoding (VP9/HEVC), OpenGL input surface support, weighted prediction and H.264 ME-only mode enhancements.
The new driver does not include any new SLI profiles but does fixes several issues including various problems with Battlefield 1, The Division, Second Life, Minecraft and Heroes of Storm games, as well as various minor problems with Nvidia SLI, Surround and G-Sync. It also fixes DirectX games crash issue on Geforce 860M and TV output issues on the Geforce GTX 980 Ti. You can check out the full list of new features and fixes in the release notes.
As always, the new Geforce 378.66 Game Ready driver is available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions and can be found over at Nvidia's driver support page or automatically via Geforce Experience software.
