1440p gaming and 12GB of GDDR6 memory

AMD has already announced that its new RDNA 2 graphics cards are scheduled for the first half of 2021, but now we have more details, so the RX 6700 XT could launch as early as March, with 12GB of GDDR6 memory and aiming at 1440p gaming.

According to Andreas Schilling, Hardwareluxx.de hack, the Radeon RX 6700 XT should aim at 1440p gaming and pack 12GB of GDDR6 memory.

Earlier rumors suggested that the RX 6700 XT will have 40 CUs, leaving it with 2560 stream processors, as well as a 192-bit memory interface, which, coupled with Infinity Cache, could give Nvidia's RTX 3060 a run for its money.

AMD cautiously announced the launch date for the first half of 2021, but according to Schilling, the new RDNA 2 card could come as early as March, which fits into Q1 2021.
