Nvidia did not make a big deal out of the RTX 4060 Ti 16GB, and there won't be a reference version. Only a few Nvidia AIC partners have announced the new version. In case you are wondering, it works at the same GPU clocks, comes with the same 128-bit memory interface, and has the same 18Gbps memory speed.

In terms of performance, the additional 8GB of memory should help in some cases, and even Nvidia's own performance chart shows only two games where you could actually see the difference, and even that is the best-case scenario.
