Hints from teaser images interpreted

It appears that we finally have a launch date and venue for the launch of Oppo's Find 7 smartphone, allegedly set for March 19th in Beijing.

A series of teaser images released by Oppo on its Weibo account was allegedly "cracked" by Oppo Insider site claiming that the combination of numbers on teaser images point to March 19th 2014 and the Art District in Beijing. The event should kick off at 7PM (UTC +8).

According to previous rumors and specifications officially confirmed by Oppo, the Find 7 will pack a 5.5-inch 2K 2560x1440 resolution display which sums up to 538 ppi of density. The leaked benchmarks showed it running 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 chipset with Adreno 330 GPU although some other sources suggest the newer Snapdragon 805 chipset.

Oppo also listed a new feature called Touch on Lens which was not explained so it is anyones best guess. Oppo also claims that its new Find 7 will, despite its 5.5-inch screen, feel like a 5-inch device, most likely due to very slim bezels.

In any case, we are quite sure that we will hear some hints during Mobile World Congress 2014, but it appears that Oppo Find 7 will debute later at a seperate event.
