According to report from The Korea Times, LG has released a statement in which they expressed confidence that LG G3 might exceed the 10 million sales mark, making it one of the best selling LG smartphones in recent history.

LG has managed to beat other major smartphone makers with the QHD resolution display on the LG G3 and while Vivo and Oppo might have been the first to announce it, LG is certainly selling a higher volume of QHD smartphones. LG definitely managed to attract a lot of attention with the LG G3 and it is no wonder that it is confident that this phone will manage to pass the 10 million sales mark.

In a recent Q2 2014 financial report, LG noted that it managed to ship 14.5 million smartphones and the big part is the LG G3. Of course, shipping and selling numbers tend to differ and we should wait for LG's next financial report to see if this confidence in LG G3 proves to be justified.
