According to the specification sheet leaked by a Chinese source and picked up by Androidheadlines.com, the Mi Note 2 Pro could be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 821 SoC and will have versions with both 4GB and 6GB of RAM as well as come with 64GB or 128GB of UFS 2.0 built-in flash storage.
The Mi Note 2 Pro will have 5.5-inch 1080p OLED touchscreen, a 12-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and four-axis OIS, a fingerprint sensor at the front, just like the Mi 5 and a 3,700mAh battery.
These specifications sound a bit strange as this would be a significant drop from 5.7-inch 2K display in the original Mi Note Pro, which was pretty much the same smartphone as the Mi Note, but with a different SoC and higher resolution screen.
According to the same source, the Xiaomi should announce the Mi Note 2 Pro sometime during the second half of August.
