Digitimes reports that TSMC is going to unveil Reference Flow 10.9 for the 28nm process at the Design Automation Conference in July 2009, confirming that the company is right on schedule for 28nm full node production.

Back in September 2008, TSMC said how the 28nm node should enter production in Q1 2010, and it seems like everything is going well. This will definitely be the pilot production and we don't expect great yields right at the beginning but 28nm should be interesting to both Nvidia and ATI.

Industry sources say that by the 2009’s end, 40nm will make for 8-10% of the company’s revenues and that number should hit 15-20% in Q2 the same year.
