Atom 330 and 200 with Jesus now
Chipzilla has been telling its partners that it can't be bothered making the Atom 330 and 220 and several of the older Celeron, Core i and Core 2 series products.

Motherboard makers have been telling Digitimes that Intel has pulled the plug on the chips and they will disappear from the second quarter. This month appears to be the month of the cull.

Chipzilla has already said that the Core i7-920, Core 2 Quad Q8200/Q8200S and Pentium E5200 processors are history and warned that Core 2 Quad Q9300 and Pentium E6300 are toast in the third quarter. We already knew that Intel wanted to kill off the Atom 330 and 230 in the second quarter.

Intel seems to just want the Atom D410, D510, D525 and D425 processors in the net top market, while launching next generation Atom processors for net top in the first quarter of 2011.

The Celeron E3200 will also go by Christmas whereas the Core 2 Quad Q8300 will go by the beginning of next year.
