Taunts up 29% faster productivity and 56% faster visuals

SweClockers.com managed to get their hands on what appears to be a slide taken from AMD's Trinity presentation that now shows decent percentage increase in both productivity performance as well as in visual performance. The slide also sheds some details regarding new features that will be introduced with upcoming Trinity APU.

As you all probably know already, AMD's upcoming AMD Trinity APU is is based on 32nm process, features Piledriver core design, or simply an enhanced Bulldozer design.

According to the slide Trinity APUs will offer up to 29 percent higher productivity performance, which translates to actual CPU performance, while the visual performance will be up to 56 percent higher. Of course, these figures are all compared to AMD's current Llano APU.

These are pretty good numbers and with claims that Trinity is feature optimized for Windows 8, promises of the new, third-gen auto-overclocking TurboCore 3.0 tech, new HD Media Accelerator capabilities and impressive 12 hour of resting battery life for mobile parts, AMD might have quite a winner with Trinity.

SweClockers.com also sneaked an information that Trinity might launch on May 15th which is not far from what we have heard. We didn't get a precise date but the general idea is pretty much similar to what SweClockers are reporting.

Of course, we'll hold our final judgement until we see some reviews as we all remember the initial hype around AMD's FX-series CPUs.
