Spotted originally by 3DCenter.org forum member, the Ryzen 5 2600X on Amazon.de was later removed but not before the screenshot was taken, showing the CPU up for pre-order with a price set at €248.93 inc. VAT. Bear in mind that tax in Germany is set at 19%, which lines up the price with earlier leaks.
According to a recent leak from Geekbench database and earlier leaks, the Ryzen 5 2600X is a six-core/twelve-thread SKU with 12MB of L3 cache, 3.6GHz base and 4.25GHz Turbo clocks, 65W TDP and a suggested retail price of US $249.
AMD will also launch the Ryzen 7 2700X, an eight-core SKU with sixteen-threads, 16MB of L3 cache, 95W TDP and 3.7GHz base clock and 4.35GHz Turbo clocks. Its suggested retail price is rumored at US $369.
The April 19th shipping date also lines up with previous rumors which is a good thing since Amazon.de jumped the gun, there should be a healthy supply of these 12nm Zen+ based chips from day one.
