Kingston unveils FURY Renegade RGB Limited Edition DDR5 memory

by on26 June 2024

Only coming as 48GB (2x24GB) DDR5-8500 kit

Kingston has now officially launched its new FURY Renegade RGB Limited Edition DDR5 memory kit, which it unveiled earlier at the Computex 2024 show.

Inspired by race cars, the newest Kingston FURY Renegade kit will only be available as 48GB (2x24GB) kit with DDR5-8500 frequency and CL36-48-48 latency. It uses a special two-tone die-cast aluminum heatspreader, as well as silicon diffusers for RGB lighting, which should make it shine pretty well. There are 19 different preset lighting options, and you can control it via FURY CTRL software.

The new Kingston FURY Renegade RGB DDR5 Limited Edition kit also features DDR5-7200 and DDR5-6400 profiles with tighter latency, supports Intel XMP 3.0 SPD, and has been extensively tested on various Intel platforms.

Unfortunately, Kingston did not reveal any details regarding the price, but its should show up on retail/e-tail shelves pretty soon.
