Peaking at 10,000MB/s read and 8,500MB/s write sequential speeds, the Corsair MP700 ELITE SSD is based on Phison's E31T controller paired up with Kioxia's 218-layer BiCS8 TLC NAND. Bear in mind that the Corsair MP700 ELITE is a DRAM-less design, and it comes as a surprise that we are only getting the 1TB and 2TB versions. Of course, Corsair might come up with a 4TB version at a later date.
The random read and write performance peaks at 1,300K and 1,400K IOPS, and the endurance rating is set at 600TB TBW. Corsair is backing it up with a five-year warranty and bundles its own Corsair SSD Toolbox software.
The price for the 1TB version is set at $144.99 while the 2TB version sells for $254.99 at Corsair.com.
