Navi 32 GPU with 3840 Stream Processors and 16GB of VRAM

Powercolor has jumped the gun and revealed full details of the upcoming AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT Red Devil graphics cards, confirming previous rumors about the Navi 32 GPU with 3840 Stream Processors and 16GB of GDDR6 memory with 256-bit memory interface.

Reports $5.4b of revenue, down by 18 percent YoY

AMD has reported its financial results for the second quarter of 2023, reporting a revenue of $5.4 billion, a gross margin of 46 percent, and a net income of $27 million. This is a significant but expected drop in revenue of 18 percent compared to the same quarter last year, but it managed to get its gross margin up by two points.

Laptops get 3D V-cache memory

AMD has announced its new Ryzen 9 7945HX3D mobile processor, claiming the world+s faster mobile gaming processor, and bringing 3D vertical cache memory to the mobile CPU range. The Ryzen 9 7945HX3D is a 16-core/32-thread SKU with 64MB of 3D V-cache.

China-only, only for system integrators in the rest of the world

AMD has released a statement clarifying the availability of its new Ryzen 5 7500F SKU, a 6-core Zen 4 CPU that comes without integrated graphics. Apparently, it will be available on retail/e-tail shelves only in China, while other regions will only get it via system integrators.

Upgradable laptop with AMD CPUs and GPUs

AMD's Radeon RX 7600 graphics card price has decreased to $249.99. This puts it at $20 below MSRP and should put some pressure on Nvidia's upcoming Geforce RTX 4060 graphics card.
