Record revenue of $13.51 billion
Nvidia has reported its second quarter of 2023 financial results, reporting a record revenue of $13.51 billion, up by 101 percent compared to the last year, and up by 88 percent compared to the previous quarter. Nvidia CEO, Jensen Huang, announcing the begining of a new computing era, a transition from general-purpose to accelerated computing and generative AI.
Intel PresentMon gets an official release
Intel has recently released its latest Arc Graphics graphics driver and has now shared some performance numbers, claiming up to 19 percent improvements in DirectX 11 gaming and significantly lower frame-times, resulting in a smoother performance with less jitter. Intel was also keen to announce the launch of PresentMon, a utility that analyzes system latencies, which can give you an idea of those same frame rates and frame times.

AMD's Scott Herkelman, Senior VP and GM at AMD has confirmed that AMD will unveil new products at Gamescom 2023 on August 25th. While AMD does not confirm specific products, the best bet is on the recently rumored and leaked Radeon RX 7800 XT and Radeon RX 7700 XT graphics cards, and, possibly, the HYPR-RX and FSR3.
