Nvidia is one of those companies in Silicon Valley that always has one more trick up its sleeve prior to announcing a new roadmap for its consumer and enterprise product lines. Asus, MSI, Inno3D and others

It did not take long for Nvidia AIC partners, like Asus, MSI, Inno3D and others to start showing and teasing its upcoming custom versions of the recently announced Nvidia GTX 1080 Ti graphics card.

Club Geforce Elite as well

Nvidia has practically confirmed the existence of the Geforce GTX 1080 Ti by posting a job listing on LinkedIn, which also mentions Club Geforce Elite as well, a subscription-based service that will give certain bonuses.

Based on cut-down GP102 Pascal GPU

Nvidia has already announced that it will have some major announcements at the CES 2017 and it appears that the GP102-based GTX 1080 Ti could be a part of that keynote.

Meeting a huge demand 

Despite AMD is telling the world that the $649.99 Geforce 1080 is too expensive, Nvidia partners insist they can sell as many cards as Nvidia can supply.  Now there is a faster version coming, based on GP102 even bigger graphics chip.

On Wednesday, the folks at AIDA64 released a complete list of the device hardware IDs that Nvidia will use for its upcoming Geforce 10 Pascal lineup in both mobile and desktop GPUs. The list confirms the existence of GP102, a chip the company has likely reserved for Geforce GTX 1080 Ti, a refreshed Geforce Titan series, and a few new Quadro and Tesla GPUs all expected for release several months from now.
