Egypt's new pharoahs announce porn ban

Sexual revolution on hold after putting Mubarak out

After sweeping to power thanks to Internet based freedom the first thing that Egypts new pharoahs do is filter the internet in a bid to clamp down on porn.

Egypt has decided on a Mustapher porn ban to save the newly liberated country from drowning in a sea of boobies. Which actually strikes us as a good way to go. Internet “porn” was banned in Egypt in 2009, but since then the country has seen significant change centred around internet access and social exchanges on a variety of websites and people could get their paws on it again.

But the porn ban might not be a just an attempt to bring in the sort of morals which even the New Kingdom did not support. It comes on the back of a fight over the country’s Constitution is turning all pyramid shaped.  The Egyptian of porn could be written in hieroglyphic for all the sense it makes. The way it is shaping up it will be what ever the Egyptian government deems immoral, obscene or unwholesome.  Given the imaginations of some of the politicians that could cover nearly anything.

We would argue that boobies are fairly wholesome where as Justin Bieber is immoral and obscene.
