Spotted originally by Engadget.com, the Dell 27 Ultrathin monitor, also known as the S2718D, uses a QHD (2560x1440) resolution panel with HDR10 support, bringing it up to 99 percent of the sRGB color range.
It also uses Dell's well-known InfinityEdge technology that brings really thin bezels, but the overall thickness of the monitor is what is truly impressive. The box stand/base is the only thing that ruins the looks but also offers a connectivity hub. The stand will offer tilt and swivel adjustments so it should be enough for most people.
The Dell 27 Ultrathin will include USB Type-C connectivity but will also feature HDMI 2.0 as well.
According to information, the new Dell 27 Ultrathin will go on sale on March 23rd with a price set at US $699.
