The bundle, which is a limited time offer as it runs until January 7th, 2019, and with participating partners, will offer a free copy of Battlefield V with purchase of the RTX 2070, RTX 2080 or the RTX 2080 Ti graphics card.
EA/DICE's Battlefield V is one of the first games to use Nvidia's RTX features, more specifically, the Ray Tracing feature. Although not successfully, as you can expect a huge performance hit when enabling Ray Tracing effects, it is still the first and both Nvidia and EA/DICE will probably further optimize the game so it can only get better.
You should check out Nvidia's official "Game On. Game RTX" bundle page where you can find all the participating partners in your region as well as check out the full terms and conditions.
On a similar note, EVGA is one of the first Nvidia AIC partners that has announced the same bundle promotion so if you are specifically shopping for an EVGA RTX series graphics card, you can check out their promotional page.
