Facebook welcomes holocaust deniers

So long as they don't breast feed

A US lawyer
is hauling Facebook over its policy of allowing groups which deny the Jewish holocaust happened while at the same time refusing to allow snaps of people breast feeding babies.

The social notworking site is famous for having laws against breastfeeding while at the same time defending the rights of neo-nazis to say that Hitler never killed Jews. Brian Cuban  is taking Facebook to court for not clamping down on such groups or enforcing its own terms of service against hate groups.

He said that such groups are doing nothing but spew racial hatred towards Jews and Facebook is too timid to do anything about it. Cuban adds that By claiming open discussion as the rationale for allowing these groups to exist, Facebook is playing games with semantics. Facebook is taking form over substance to protect their imaginary subjective corporate line in the sand they have drawn.

He said that such groups are not debating history but are just a front for anti-Jewish comments. Often they do not even look at the subject but just say horrible comments about Jews.

Cuban has the cash, legal ability and motivation to haul Facebook into court over its enforcement policy so his open letter is unlikely to end the matter. He is not alone with wanting to get Facebook to spruce up its act.  In Italy there are calls to have the site banned because it has allowed people to form pro-mafia groups and send nice comments to crime bosses in jail.

We guess you are unlikely to find a lactating Mafia crime boss or a picture of Hitler breast feeding.
