Intel Core Ultra 200H "Arrow Lake" mobile CPUs leaked

by on21 October 2024

Additional LPE cores for all SKUs

An Intel leak has tipped up showing a complete spec sheet of Arrow Lake Core Ultra 200H processors.

The sheet reveals the models and clock speeds the integrated graphics specs, TDP, and bits of  information on the hybrid design.

Unlike the desktop Arrow Lake Core Ultra 200S chips, the Core Ultra 200H will bring additional Low-Power-Efficient cores(LPE-Core) for its SKUs apart from the Lion Cove P and Skymont E cores.

Zs\It looks like there will be five SKUs, which are planned for launch in the Core Ultra 200H series:

  • Core Ultra 9 285H
  • Core Ultra 7 265H
  • Core Ultra 5 255H
  • Core Ultra 5 235H
  • Core Ultra 5 225H

The flagship chip is the Core Ultra 9 285H processor, with six Performance, eight Efficiency, and two LPE cores. This adds up to 16 cores without any hyperthreading. Compared to the Core Ultra 9 285HX, it has eight fewer cores but the clock speeds are about the same as the high-performance model. The Core Ultra 9 285H features 45W of TDP alone while other chips will stay at 28 watts.

The Core Ultra 7 265H and Core Ultra 5 255H bring the same core count and core configuration but slower clock speeds. The Turbo P-core clock is the same on the 285H, 265H, and 255H due to the third and fourth core. The rest of the cores have different clock speeds.

The last two chips i.e., the Core Ultra 5 235H and 225H have a lower core count of 14 with four P-Cores, eight E-Cores, and two LPE-Cores. The clock speeds are further reduced but the max Turbo P-core boost still touches 5.0 GHz. It should also be pointed out that despite being in the same Core Ultra 5 200H sub-series, only the 225H brings 7 Xe Cores for its iGPU and the rest of the chips feature 8 Xe Cores, although the clock speeds differ based on the model.
