Although it was talked about back in January at CES 2011 in Las Vegas, Asus now finally announced its Asus Eee Pad MeMo 3D tablet. The Eee Pad MeMo is a bit different than the one at CES and this time around, Asus decided to equip it with a 7-inch IPS touchscreen panel that gives it a dash of 3D without those pesky glasses.

The 7-inch IPS 1024x600 screen will be paired up with Qualcomm's 1.2GHz dual-core processor. According to specs it will also pack 1GB of memory and Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS. As far as connectivity goes, it will include micro USB and micro HDMI ports as well as microSD for some additional storage. It has a single 5MP auto-focus camera with LED flash on the back.

The Eee Pad MeMo 3D will apparently be bundled with Bluetooth MeMIC headset/remote device for phonecalls and music playing. There aren't any specific details regarding the price or the availability date but Asus did note that plans to ship the device sometimes in Q4.
