Spotted by Pocket-lint.com, Acer announced a new Android gaming tablet and although it did not reveal any specifications, the tablet does look rather impressive. It has four front-facing speakers, an 8-inch screen, which puts it in direct competition with Nvidia Shield tablet, and a rather futuristic design, something that we did not expect from Acer.
The rest of the known specifications will include a haptic feedback function, dual cameras, microUSB port and 3.5mm headphone jack. Unfortunately, there are no details regarding the resolution of the screen.
As noted, the new tablet is a part of Acer's new Predator gaming lineup that includes new 15- and 17-inch notebooks and the curved 34-inch ultra-wide gaming monitor with G-Sync tehcnology.
