In addition to the new Alienware Area-51 desktop systems which will be equipped with both Intel Core-X and AMD Threadripper CPUs, Dell has unveiled a two matching 25-inch Alienware gaming monitors with 240Hz refresh rate and support for either Nvidia G-Sync or AMD FreeSync, depending on the model.

Dell has announced that its Alienware Area-51 desktop PCs will be getting a major update in the form of AMD's upcoming Threadripper and Intel Core-X HEDT CPUs, all available as soon as both AMD and Intel release those chips.

Alienware has updated its 13-inch Alienware 13 notebook by equipping it with Nvidia's Geforce GTX 1060 with 6GB of VRAM, making it both VR Ready and giving it a significant boost in graphics performance.
