Three games you might have missed

Activision is bundling Call of Duty into a new three-game bundle for players new to the franchise. The deal is targeted at new players of the franchise who might have missed the titles that were originally released on the Xbox 360 platform.

The Call of Duty bundle, which is known as “Call of Duty – The War Collection,” includes complete versions of Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 3, and Call of Duty: World at War all in one nice package for $59.99. From what we understand, although it is being positioned as a complete collection, it does not include the “pay” download content.

It will arrive in June and apparently, according to our sources, will be a North American-only release and only for the Xbox 360 platform. Since all of those titles are not available for the Playstation 3, a release on that platform isn’t possible. Sources tell us if sales are strong, Activision might release this in Europe, as well, but we will just have to wait and see.
