The much delayed next chapter in the Ghost Recon franchise, known as Future Solider, finally has a confirmed release date. Ubisoft has confirmed that it will be released on March 6th, 2012. A public beta for the game is still scheduled for some time in January 2012.

Future Solider has been delayed a couple of times, but a showing at E3 where the game was demoed using Kinect has perhaps given the game much greater interest than was first there for the title. The gesturing system in conjunction with Kinect has proved to be very interesting for those players who have Kinect.

Word from our sources is that the March 6th date is pretty solid, and it would take a lot for it not to make that date.
