As both of the games use Nvidia's GameWorks technologies, it does not come as a surprise that Nvidia decided to bundle both of the game for new buyers of the Geforce GTX 980 and GTX 970 graphics cards from participating retailers. Those that buy the Geforce GTX 960 or a notebook equipped with Geforce GTX 980M or GTX 970M graphics card will get a free The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt game only.

As noted, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt uses Nvidia's GameWorks HairWorks effects to create dynamic DirectX 11 tessellated hair strands in order to get the appearance of real hair and fur while both The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Batman: Arkham Knight also use Nvidia PhysX and HBAO+.
