According to the post over at Donanimhaber.com, we now have first unofficial details regarding the AMD 28nm mobile GPU linup. The high-end GPU, codename Wimbledon, will use MXM 3.0 form factor and should be ready for production in Q2 2012.

The new mobile GPU is 1.4 times faster than Blackcomb, which as your remember will be the fastest Mobility Radeon HD 6000 GPU. The Wimbledon comes with 2GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 256-bit memory interface and will have a TDP set at 65 Watt+.

Bear in mind that we are talking about the ultra high-end chip and it should be the last GPU that will be used in Mobility Radeon HD 7000 series.
