Spotted by Techpowerup.com, the Zotac Geforce GTX 980 Ti works at stunning 1253MHz for the GPU base, 1355MHz for the GPU Boost clock while 6GB of GDDR5 memory, paired up with a 384-bit memory interface, works at 7220MHz. This is quite a high factory-overclock considering that reference GTX 980 Ti ticks at 1000MHz base GPU clock, 1076MHz GPU Boost and 7012MHz for the memory.
In order to keep the GM200 GPU well cooled at those frequencies, as well as the rest of the components, Zotac has equipped the GTX 980 Ti AMP Extreme with its own triple-slot, triple-fan, IceStorm cooler. It features a massive dual fin-stack heatsink cooled by three temperature activated fans.
It also needs two 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors and has three DisplayPort 1.2, one HDMI and one DVI display outputs.
As noted, the Zotac GTX 980 Ti AMP Extreme is currently listed at Newegg.com with a price set at US $699.99.
