Sapphire to bring back the Toxic and Atomic series graphics cards

by on16 February 2021

Is Vapor-X series next?

Sapphire has released a few teasers suggesting that we might see the comeback of its Toxic and Atomic series graphics cards.

In case you don't remember, Sapphire's Toxic series was one of the best graphics cards on the market, at least back when Radeon RX 390X was released.

The Atomic series was not far behind either, as these were high-end graphics cards with a pre-installed water block.

It is still not clear which GPUs will be covered by the new Toxic and Atomic series, and the best guess is the RX 6800 series.

Sapphire also had the Vapor-X series back in the day, but these ended up with Radeon R9 290X, also back in 2013, just like the Atomic series cards. The last Toxic series card was the RX 390X Toxic, rolled out in 2015.

Hopefully, we will hear more about Sapphire's new lineup soon.
