Benchmarked as well

With the launch of AMD's latest Radeon RX 6600 series graphics cards scheduled for next month, it does not come as a surprise that we are getting first glimpses of the card as well as the first leaked benchmarks.

The pictures floating around, and reported by Videocardz.com, show an OEM-based Radeon RX 6600 XT, most likely coming from PC Partner and featuring the AMD logo. The card itself uses a dual-slot design cooler with two fans, and a single 8-pin PCIe power connector.

The leaked benchmarks do not show much as the leak shows a benchmark from Ludashi, a game popular in China, and it matches or beats the Geforce RTX 3060 Ti, so it is safe to say it should outperform the Geforce RTX 3060.

According to our sources, AMD is expected to launch both the Radeon RX 6600 XT and the RX 6600 on August 11th, although some rumors suggested that AMD might postpone the RX 6600 launch for a later date.

Unfortunately, there is still no word on the MSRP, as it is still far from launch and AMD tends to give that information close to the launch, at least unless Scott Herkelman, VP and GM of AMD Graphics Business Unit, decides to play a game of cat and mouse with Nvidia.
