In case you missed it, the Acer A770 Predator BiFrost is a custom version of the A770 and actually one of the rare Arc A770 versions with 16GB of VRAM, aside from Intel's own Limited Edition version.
The card uses a dual-slot design with a combination of blower-typer and standard fan (FrostBlade and Aero Blade 3D) and works at a slightly higher GPU clock of 2.2GHz. The TDP is also up to 250W and it needs two 8-pin PCIe power connectors.
The $349.99 price over at Amazon.com puts Acer's custom A770 in line with Intel's Limited Edition graphics card, and for about the same amount of money, you can buy either Nvidia RTX 3060 with 8GB of RAM or AMD's RX 6600, both with 8GB of VRAM. This makes the Arc A770 16GB a pretty good deal, especially considering the amount of VRAM games eat these days (yes, Hogwarts Legacy is the one we are talking about).
Of course, Intel has surprised us with its driver updates recently, and it can only get better in the future.
