Intel Arc B580 Battlemage leaks in Geekbench benchmark

Confirms 20 Xe2-cores, 12GB of VRAM and 2.85GHz clock

With the Intel B580 graphics card launch apparently just around the corner, it does not come as a surprise that we are now getting the first leaks from popular benchmarks. The latest one, from the Geekbench benchmark, pretty much confirms previous rumors of 20 Xe2 GPU cores, 12GB of VRAM, and a 2.85GHz clock.

As spotted by Videocardz.com, the Geekbench benchmark entry shows the Arc B850 tested on a platform wiht Intel's Core Ultra 9 285K running on Z890 motherboard from Gigabyte. The entry shows 160 Compute Units, which adds up, or rather divides up to 20 Xe2 cores. The GPU runs on 2.85GHz. As leaked earlier, the Arc B580 will pack 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM, most likely clocked at 19Gbps and running on a 192-bit memory interface, leaving it with 456GB/s of memory bandwidth.

The OpenCL score of 78,743 points unfortunately does not give any clearer picture regarding the performance and is actually lower than the one achieved by Arc A580. This can be attributed to driver not being in its final stage, and hopefully we'll get some more performance details soon.
