What can be gathered from product pages which were swiftly downed, the Samsung 860 EVO lineup will be available in 2.5-inch, M.2, and mSATA form-factors. The entire lineup uses SATA 6Gbps interface and is probably based on Samsung 10nm-class 3D VNAND chips.
The 860 EVO 2.5-inch will be available in 250GB, 500GB, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB capacities, the M.2 version will come in 500GB, 1TB, and 2TB versions, while the smallest mSATA version will come in 250GB, 500GB, and 1TB capacities.
The entire lineup is likely to offer sequential read and write performance of up to 550MB/s and 520MB/s, while the 4k random read and write performance peaks at 97k IOPS and 88k IOPS.
Judging from all these leaks, it is safe to assume that Samsung is gearing up for an official announcement for both the 860 Pro and the 860 EVO SSD lineups.
