Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to be revealed on August 30th
Just a day before IFA
According to a post over at Sammyhub.com, Samsung has already set a launch date for the Galaxy Note 2 smartphone and it should launch on August 30th in Berlin, Germany.
Although there has been a lot of rumours regarding the Galaxy Note 2, including a bigger 5.5-inch screen, Samsung quad-core Exynos chip, 13 MP camera and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS, more info will surely leak as we draw closer to the end of August. The launch date puts it just a day before Berlin's great IFA consumer electronics and home appliances show kicks off.
The Galaxy Note has always been a weird device and more of a hybrid between smartphone and tablet, or a phablet, but nevertheless it managed to make quite an impact on the market. It even gave Samung bragging rights after shipping five million Galaxy Note devices in just five months.
