(Integrated Cooling Engine) heatpipe CPU cooler with 92mm fan.
The rest of the specifications include single PCIe 3.0 x16 slot, one PCIe 3.0 x4 slot, single M.2-2280M SSD and M.2-2230E (for WiFi card) slots, Intel Optane support, triple-display support, 300W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU (optional 500W 80 PLUS Silver PSU), optional 802.11ac WiFi + Bluetooth module, four SATA 6Gbps ports, HDMI 2.0 and two DisplayPort 1.2 ports, four USB 3.1 Gen2, four USB 3.1 Gen1 and four USB 2.0 ports, Intel Gigabit Ethernet Realtek ALC662 5.1 channel audio.
