Posting on Chiphell's forums (via Videocardz), user 9550pro showed the processor as well as CPU-Z benchmark specifications and benchmark performance, with Videocardz adding that in the benchmark, the processor hit a single thread score of 611 compared to 648 for an AMD Ryzen 9 5950X.
This is unlikely to be running at full speed seeing as Intel's current 12th Gen CPUs already beat that AMD CPU in single-threaded tests. The multi-threaded result of 13,014 compared to 11,906, for the AMD processor.
More information was gleaned by Tweaktown, who spotted a review of a Core i9-13900 obtained on the Chinese black market.
These are early engineering samples so we can't read too much into the results or frequencies as nothing has been confirmed by Intel at this point. However, its 13th Gen Raptor Lake processors are widely known to be the successor to Alder Lake and expected to launch later in 2022.
Intel is famous for doing rather well at leaked benchmarks only to have discovered that they were fiddled later.
