Targeting different market segments, the four new motherboards have different set of features, but all support Intel 12th/13th generation Core processors, DDR5 or DDR4 memory, and PCIe 4.0.
The star of the show is obviously the B760MZ-E PRO, designed for content creators. It supports DDR5 memory and PCIe 4.0, as well as comes with 2.5 GbE LAN, Wi-Fi 6E, as well as LEDs all around.
In addition to the B760MZ-E PRO, Biostar also introduced three motherboards for home entertainment, business, and casual users, the B760MX2-E D4, B760MX2-E, and B760MX-E D4. These three are all based on micro-ATX form factor, but still feature PCIe 4.0 connectivity, 2.5GbE LAN, and WiFi 6E.
The B760MX2-E D4 and B760MX-E D4 motherboards feature dual-channel DDR4 memory, while the B760MX2-E supports dual-channel DDR5 memory. All three motherboards support Intel Optane Memory technology.
As it was the case with previous Biostar motherboards, these also feature digital PWM and Super Durable Solid Capacitors.
Unfortunately, Biostar did not reveal any price or availability details, but these should start to appear on retail/e-tail shelves soon.
