Fixes several caching and performance issues

Sabrent has released a new firmware update for the Rocket 4 Plus M.2 NVMe SSD series, which addresses some caching and performance issues seen with earlier batches of Rocket 4 Plus SSDs.

According to release notes, the new firmware version 1.2, fixes several caching and performance issues with earlier Rocket 4 Plus SSDs that were shipped with firmware v1.1.

Sabrent made the update quite easy as there is a click-to-run update that works directly from Windows. Of course, it is recommended that you do a data backup.

The new firmware update is recommended for all Rocket 4 Plus SSDs, 1TB, 2TB, and 4TB versions, and you can find it over at Sabrent's download page.
