Some of the first Intel's Core i9-10900X results have been spotted online, courtesy of Geekbench database, and these show some rather impressive high base and turbo clocks, as well as some impressive single- and multi-core score, considering it is a 10-core/20-thread SKU.

Specifications on four Skylake-X and two Kaby Lake-X SKUs

An internal presentation from Intel leaked online over the weekend, showing the full specifications of four upcoming Intel Skylake-X lineup, which will be the first to carry the Core i9 branding, as well as two Kaby Lake-X SKUs.

Intel is expected to announce Basin Falls, its upcoming High-End Desktop (HEDT) platform based on the X299 chipset, and its Coffee Lake mainstream desktop platform based on the Z300-series chipset, two months earlier than originally scheduled, according to industry sources.

End of June

According to the latest set of rumors, Intel might be scrambling to launch its X299 platform with Skylake-X and Kaby Lake-X CPU and these could come as early as late June/beginning of July.

Coming in August

According to the latest leak, we now have more information regarding the first batch of Intel's Skylake-X and Kaby Lake-X CPUs that will  be launching sometime in August, together with the new X299 chipset.
