Knows its target market

Software king of the world Microsoft has been doing some research into the needs and wants of Apple fanboys and reached the conclusion that they need a keyboard which can be used one-handed.

Apparently Microsoft isn't just porting its Windows smartphone keyboard to iOS it has been looking into the unique needs of Apple fanboys and come up with a fan-shaped one-handed keyboard.

The new mode resembles the touchscreen keyboard under Windows Vista before you hit it with a hammer.

Windows 10 Mobile has a single-hand mode, but it only shunts the keys to one side -- this is designed more explicitly to fit your thumb.

It gives you a full Windows keyboard, complete with Word Flow (swipe-to-type) and suggestions. It will take a few months to hit the shops, but who would have thought it would be Redmond who brings relief to Apple Fanboys?

We would have thought that Apple would have worked out that out already and invented something, or did it just assume that its customers’ right hands really were walking 2000 paces on their own?
