Impressive sequential performance but lower endurance

Samsung's upcoming 980 Pro NVMe SSD has been briefly spotted online revealing all the key specifications, including impressive sequential performance but a rather low endurance rating.

Its first PCIe SSD comes with RGB and aluminum heatsink

ZADAK, which has been so far known for some rather interesting memory modules, has announced its first PCIe 3.0 SSD, the SPARK PCIe Gen 3x4 M.2 RGB SSD, which will be available in capacities of up to 2TB, and comex with a rather neat looking aluminum heatsink with RGB lighting.

Pearl, Indigo, and Sage

It appears that there will be plenty of PCIe 4.0-based NVMe on the market soon, as ADATA is currently working on a total of three new PCIe 4.0 SSDs, called Pearl, Indigo, and Sage.

With transfer speeds of up to 6,500MB/s

Samsung's 980 Pro PCIe Gen4 M.2 NVMe SSD has been pictured at the CES 2020 show, and it could come as soon as Q2 this year.

Peaks at 2,000MB/s read

Biostar has announced a 1TB version of its M700 series M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD, which peaks at 2,000MB/s read and 1,600MB/s write sequential speed.

ADATA has released its latest XPG series PCIe Gen3x4 SSD, the XPG SX8100 which will come in a standard M.2 2280 form-factor and be available in 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB capacities.
