It appears that some ex-AMD chaps have managed to draw in yet another ex-AMD guy to Intel, with Darren McPhee joining the blue camp as the Product Marketing Manager in Intel's Discrete Graphics group.

Intel has updated its graphics driver, bringing both support for new games like Strange Brigade and Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, performance improvements for some games like World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth and Jurrasic World Evolution, as well as some security fixes and improvements.

While you might not get a high FPS on extreme resolutions, Intel's iGPUs still hold a high percentage on Steam hardware survey, so there are plenty of users playing games on it, therefore it is good to see that Intel has started to more actively update its graphics drivers and bring support and bug fixes, including the latest Intel Graphics Driver for Windows 10 version 126.96.36.19994.
SVP Raja Koduri confirms
Intel’s chief architect, senior vice president of the newly formed Core and Visual Computing Group, ex. Radeon Technology guru Raja Koduri has confirmed on Twitter that its discrete graphics will come in 2020.
Vega 64 real replacement
As Fudzilla reported a few times, Navi 10, the small Navi, manufactured on 7nm, is set to arrive at some point in 2019. There will be a big gaming GPU called Navi 20, but this one won’t come until 2020.
Mobile guys now in charge for Frostbite
One of the key guys behind Adreno, Tim Leland, has joined EA and is working under CTO as a general manager and VP in charge of the Frostbite engine. He will report to the EA’s CTO, Ken Moss. This hire definitely sets a wind of change within Electronic Arts.
